"Good things were that the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. However the rooms especially the floors could do with a lot more cleaning. The carpets needing shampooing and the bathroom needed bleach cleaning. There was also a bad smell in the building which was not pleasant. The receptionist was friendly which almost made up for poor quality issues "

"It is an excellent small-sized hotel, the staff are very helpful, rooms are clean and have air conditioning. Facilities on site are as expected. Being in easy reach of the M25/A2/M2/M20 and a choice of London or the Kent Downs, it is in a prime location but sadly isolated. There aren't many places to visit locally at night on foot, but Bluewater Shopping Centre, Brands Hatch, and the Coldrum Long Barrow are all within easy reach by car. "Room 10 - right by the office. Handy for car park to rear. Quite noisy when the office is busy. When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me. He quickly removed what appeared to be used towels from the bathroom and replaced them.
