"You know what to expect from an Ibis. Simple but good for the price and convenience. This Ibis was not good at all. Service was really poor. I asked for a quiet room at reception and we were given a room next to the lift. Very noisy. I went down to get this changed and waited a long time as nobody was on reception and nobody came when I rang the bell, in all 3 times.
