"The hotel was located within a five minute walk from Maresias Beach. The area was quiet during the off season but nice. The staff weren't rude but also not very helpful. Our bathroom light was very finicky, it would only work when it wanted to, which was twice. They came to replace the bulb but it still wasn't working properly afterwards. Overall though, the hotel grounds are quite nice. The rooms could definitely use a better layout and the floors needed cleaning. It was definitely not a bad...

"Near of a superb beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the beds too small . No restaurant in the local area were open for dinner or lunch . I use Uber to the central areas several times to access the restaurants. 15 or 20 minutes taxi 🚕 distance. "

"When I arrived and was shown to my room, it did not match the room that was shown on the Hotels website. They graciously moved us to a larger room. Room had many bugs as well as in the pool area. They truly need to exterminate the area. Our air conditioner did not work with the remote control. I called and had someone come and look at it. It worked one time and then not again. Could not turn it on/off, change setting or anything...I had to unplug the unit when the room was too cold. Bed...

"I HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES FOR MY VISITS TO ILHABELA SHORT WALK TO FREE FERRY & THEN LOCAL BUSES TO MY FAVOURITE BEACHES PRAIA DO CURRAL & GRANDE.I LOVE THE SWIMMING POOL LOTS OF LENGTHS ABOUT 25 METRES & GOOD BREAKFAST AS WELL.RECOMMENDED."

" O hotel e confortável melhor do que esperávamos, a cama e King sensacional, chalé espaçoso. e uma pena a tv não estar na parte superior da cama. Entretanto, o café da manhã é péssimo. Sem variedade, nos informara que o termino é as 10;00 chegamos as 9;20 e já não havia mais nada. Embora houvesse duas funcionárias, não houve reposição. lembramos que no site estava o termino para as 10;30. No outro dia fomos mais cedo e a mesma coisa, a pia da cozinha cheia de louça , um casal pediu um ovo...
