"The hotel was located within a five minute walk from Maresias Beach. The area was quiet during the off season but nice. The staff weren't rude but also not very helpful. Our bathroom light was very finicky, it would only work when it wanted to, which was twice. They came to replace the bulb but it still wasn't working properly afterwards. Overall though, the hotel grounds are quite nice. The rooms could definitely use a better layout and the floors needed cleaning. It was definitely not a bad...

"When I arrived and was shown to my room, it did not match the room that was shown on the Hotels website. They graciously moved us to a larger room. Room had many bugs as well as in the pool area. They truly need to exterminate the area. Our air conditioner did not work with the remote control. I called and had someone come and look at it. It worked one time and then not again. Could not turn it on/off, change setting or anything...I had to unplug the unit when the room was too cold. Bed...

"I booked through Orbitz and they had pictures of nice bathrooms and rooms, but the room we got was dark, super basic and the bathroom was tiny. My wife refused to stay there. Luckily they were able to upgrade us to a better room for $US160 for 2 nights to a very nice room. Still the shower was a mess, couldn’t figure out how to make it the right temp, had a weird setup. "Near of a superb beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the beds too small . No restaurant in the local area were open for dinner or lunch . I use Uber to the central areas several times to access the restaurants. 15 or 20 minutes taxi 🚕 distance. "
