"Wonderfull stay in a excellently converted former stable building behing the main house. Perfectly clean and cozy. Best for a solo traveler or couple used to a smaller room. Free parking in the courtyard and just a few minute walk to center of town. Owner was very friendly and offered travel tips."

"Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. Was rather unfortunate to witness. It spoilt the mood immediately. The lounge area was so relaxing with gorgeous views. The pool area was nice and clean but the floors are quite smooth and slippy!"

Breakfast, which you order the evening before, was absolutely delicious and Alison was a fantastic host. The building had a stunning front room for guests to use and was beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious, quiet, peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back if we are staying in Ayr again - I can’t...

"Beautiful property within walking distance of restaurants, takeouts, stores and pubs. All in all a great stay since being there for 5 nights we had a kitchen/fridge/dining table and living room - especially since most breakfast restaurants are not open until 9am. Had some questions about the hot water and the owner was responsive and helpful. Only complaint was too many stairs for us with luggage since I am diabetic and had a broken shoulder. Wasn't a problem without our luggage."
