"This is not a hotel but should be classified as a hostel. Room was dirty and stinking, walls and ceiling fall apart, bed sheet and towels have stains. Bathroom dirty and mouldy. Reception staff quite helpful.The one good thing about this place is close to train station."

"Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice beach and pool. Lounge and pool chairs were uncomfortable and no shade umbrellas. Restaurant was very expensive and breakfast buffet disappointing. A two minute walk on the beach or the road you will find a very good local restaurant."

"Nice clean place, but the front desk had a “can’t do attitude” and it was weird that they have a kettle and coffee cups and spoons, but they don’t provide any tea bags or coffee, or sugar…. Just cups and a way to boil water.. "

"Second time to visit this hidden gem just south of Hua Hin city. Its old, but with only 15 sea-view units, steps from the beach, who cares??? Staff are wonderful and the food is good at the little dining terrace facing the sea. Views are amazing and the small salt-water pool is also delightful. Highly recommended if you want an intimate place to stay with no fanfare and fancy facilities."

"The staff were very friendly and hospitable. However the room I was initially given was absolutely disgusting. The pillowcases had drool stains (I hope they were just drool stains) all over them, and there was an overpowering stench that literally made me gag upon entering the room. "We spent 30 days touring Thailand and our stay at this hotel was the worst experience we had. The description of the hotel is very misleading. It does NOT have a coffee shop and does NOT offer breakfast. It does NOT have a garden.
