"Our arrival time was after the reception closed - I had messaged them in advance and have to say the instructions that they left me were spot on - so very helpful and correct. Tbh we were only in the hotel for less than 10 hours but all was good for us on our road trip ! "

For those who prefer a more direct route, taxis are readily available at a reasonable fare of €15, making transportation to and from the Torino Porta Susa railway station seamless and hassle-free. Additionally, the bar within the hotel was a delightful spot to unwind, further contributing to the overall positive ambiance of my stay. The combination of excellent service, a prime location, and a welcoming environment makes this hotel a standout choice. "Was a lovely hotel , very clean and modern, and the staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. But it just doesn’t seem to fit with the area it’s in ( it’s too nice ! ) it just seems a little out of place in a predominately industrial area. It’s rated a two star but it could really be a three star! The restaurant let it down a bit , again, the staff were amazing, and the food on the set menu was really good, but it just had the feel of a cafeteria about it . The room was excellent clean and modern, but sound proofing could be better , I had a particularly loud snorer in he room next to me and at times it felt like he was in the room with me ! Not the hotels fault I know. The outdoor car park at the back of the building was a good size and parking was easy. breakfast was simple but reflective of the price . Overall I was happy. Again a particular mention to the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant who really were lovely "

"The water from the tap tasted terrible and it was a yellow/brown colour. The kettle had mould in it before I saw the mould I boiled the kettle and suddenly smelt extremely bad and made the whole room smell disgusting."
