"Great location, walking distance to a wonderful beach & easily walk into Ayia Napa via the beach or streets off the shops ‘ restaurants. Fantastic sea views from our massive balcony; plus overlooking the swimming pool. Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Room has a kettle but you have to buy your own coffee & water etc. or fill up in the hotel restaurant. I would say the waterpark here at the hotel is ideally suited for ages up to 11-12years. "Great location right middle of ayia napa.at the same time it's very quite and has relaxing atmosphere. It's ideal for solo travelers and couples . Rooms are big and clean.. nice view from.balcony. I had garden view third floor .nice view also it's sea view. Hotel has simple but nice breakfast. Pool area is almost empty .I hardly saw anyone by the pool..hotel was almost full but you hardly see anyone except at breakfast Rooms don't have a kettle so if you need a tea or hot water you will need...
