"Terrible conditions in the room. There were bugs, old towels and torn bed sheets. Did not have adequate hot water. Faucet controls were falling off. One of two air conditioners was not working. Pool was not usable, the water was cloudy. This property should be delisted from hotels.com. "

Helped us organise trips in the area (Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Eco-park safari) as well as onward transport to our next destination. Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was served with a smile and tasted amazing. Highly recommend rice and curry (various choices), served with different vegetable side dishes and sambal. We didnt feel the need to dine anywhere...
