"The hotel is centrally located in Berga. There’s plenty of free parking space just in front of the hotel. A big Mercadona supermarket is within 100metres. The hotel has a bar and breakfast area (which I didn’t use). The reception was formal and friendly. The rooms are a bit basic but acceptable. It came with a big bathroom. Minor thing was that I found the mattress to be on the hard side. Also, the walls are rather thin, so lots of noice can be heard from the adjacent rooms. "

"Primero remarcar que no pudimos alojarnos en petit Riu x un problema informático , pero Hotel.Com nos buscó rápidamente estancia , estuvimos en hotel Puigcerdá del cual me gustaría comentar : la description de la habitation no era la correcta , falta de limpieza , information sobre sus servicios nulos , el servicio de limpieza no cambió toallas y solo nos proporcionaron 2 de baño , las toallas de mano no las vimos , el mando del televisor no funcionaba correctamente , discusiones del personal...

"Toilet didn't flush , staff tried to fix instead of changing room . Toilet still didn't work . Bath towel dirty and looked like a dog chewed it . Hot water enough for 1 shower . Reception girl really friendly and helpful . Soap dispenser in bathroom didn't work . Hotel in need of inside renovation and big clean ! "
