"We had a very enjoyable stay. It is very accessible to Disneyland, we used the shuttle from/to which stops in front of the hotel. It is walkable to a shopping mall and a grocery shop. We stay for 5nights. Kids love the pool. They also have mini gym and sauna and laundry service which is helpful. The staffs were all helpful. "Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."

"I emailed the property ahead od travelling to ask if we could check into our room early as i had been travelling from 3am with an 11 year old. They never acknowledged the email and when we got there they were adamant we couldnt have our room till 3pm. We fell asleep in the bar along with other travellers who were in the same situation. Nothing at the hotel to do but SOME of the staff were lovely but it only takes 1 person to put a dampner on the stay"
