"Nice modern hotel. Dining room and breakfast buffet were excellent. Rooms were functional and clean. Bathroom was very small and could benefit from a shower door and fan. The underground public parking garage smelled of urine."

"Great location!!! Walk to everything. We had room 301 overlooking a busy street. It was loud at night! Parking underneath hotel was nice. Having a grocery store (Edeka) 3 minutes away was awesome! Considering the location and value, I would stay here again."

"Staff member was very helpful arranging our trip to Burg Eltz. The hotel is conveniently located by the Koblenz Train Station and there are several nice restaurants in the area. It was a great experience."

"Hotel has a great location and view of the Rhine. Parking was not easy as the hotel only has about ten spots. The man at the front desk told us we could park across the lot in another business's lot for $10.00 cash a day which seemed kind of strange. He said he gives the cash to the other business. We did it and it worked out fine."

"It’s a solid hotel. The room was fine. Good bed, tv, and shower. The breakfast was fine and the staff very friendly. I might suggest just a little brighter light if needed in the room. Overall a hotel I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. "

"Lovely hotel; not too big, not too small. Friendly helpful staff, friendly quiet guests, small but perfectly adequate breakfast. We stayed with our two children in a family room and it was a good size with plenty of room for us all. Stayed in July and it could have done with aircon but not too bad. Parking was on street but right outside, limited to 4hrs during 0800-2000. Pay by phone app made it easy and we were only there overnight so time limit was not an issue. "Great experience during Christmas time. Make a point to walk the entire city wall walking route. It is worth the effort."

"Very good central location in Boppard at the river from near the central square and KD boat landing. There are two kinds of rooms with a balcony and a river view, I recommend getting the larger one, if available — it is worth the price difference. (Although the smaller ones are quite fine, too). The breakfast is ok - same as in other similar hotels, maybe a little less selection. Friendly and helpful staff (Don’t forget to make special arrangements if arriving after 9pm) "

I had paid Hotels.com in full and in advance but the hotel sais they hyad received no advnce and so we were obliged to pay again. Trying to get in touch with Hotels.com a nightmare. "
