So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties. One warning though... use the bus or taxi to get there. Otherwise you are hoofing it up a super steep hill to reach the hotel."
