"Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each...

"We stayed here for one night. Parking was free outside hotel. We paid extra for a mountain view and it was totally worth it. We stayed in room 203. Huge room. High ceilings. Enclosed balcony with option to open doors to the outside. Table and chairs on balcony. The mountains are amazing. The room decor/colour had a Scandinavian feel with reindeer pillows. Soft towels. "Fantastic location if you want to explore the Pyrenees. The hotel is fairly basic; the bed was fairly uncomfortable, the bathroom was really odd (attractive but no shower and no easy way to even wash your hair). Amenities were truly minimal. One pump bottle of shower gel and that’s it. Food was good (both breakfast and dinner)."

"I heard about this hotel last year while ending a backcountry hike on the GR 11 cross Pyrenees trail. This summer when I returned it lived up to the wonderful comments I overheard from passing hikers. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Isaba. The breakfast was magnificent and the facilities well kept and comfortable. "
