"When i first arrived I couldn’t complete the payment because their card machine couldn’t accept revolut payments. I am glad my friend was still next to me and made the payment. Another thing that I didn’t like was that my room was by the road… i am a light sleeper and the first two nights I couldn’t sleep from the traffic noises. Other than that I am pleased with the cleaning service and the nice breakfast. "

"Room not clean Auto parking underneath the hotel building It's very dangerous to go down and up Towels are very old and have a hole in them. I didn't eat breakfast in this hotel so don't knew whether its good or not I don't recommend it for tourists"

"Clean, comfortable bed. Thats it. Was made to feel very unwelcome. No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. Paper thin walls, could hear the next room flush and showering. Had one missing curtain (told the proprietor but was told no problem no one could see when I told him yes problem, just got a lot of shouting in turkish and nothing done) and a useless blind. "Excellent hotel with amazing staff from receptionist to General Manager. Beautiful location across from the sea. Very good food in restaurant and served breakfast, lunch and dinner..Very nice room with all amenities. Staff very helpful and polite. Would recommend this hotel for travelers and will definitely stay there again when visit Trabzon next time."
