"When I showed up in property they said we are full!!!!! I was expecting my room to be ready but unfortunately no!!! They offer my a tiny room with same price but I did not accept. I did not like their poor manner to tell me we need u to pay us again although I payed the full amount online through Expedia!! Strange ?? Very very bad experience!! I don’t recommend them at all."

"Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay."
