"This was our third time staying here to visit family nearby. All our stays have been pleasant without issues. The staff has always been nice and helpful. It is a unique hotel built around a factory which is cool. The accommodations are basic but get the job done. There are plenty of places to eat or get a drink nearby and a couple markets/food stores within easy walking distance. "Only difficulty was finding somewhere to park if arriving late. Do a bit of research (unlike me!). The nearby Saint Dennis car park is closed for entry after 2300 or something. Theres another car park a 5 min walk away (Neujean) which is 24hr - also has charging points. Staff was very accommodating for my late arrival with clear instructions for collecting the key (not 24hr desk)."

Our hosts are very friendly and it doesn’t feel like a commercial hotel, with a lot of personal attention coming from them throughout our stay. "At two occasions, I sent emails to the property asking simple questions, such as whether I'd need an extension cord to hook up my CPAP machine. Although I wrote in perfect French, on both occasions, my e-mails were ignored. I found this so rude, I almost cancelled my reservation for another property. I'm glad I didn't, because the property is pleasant and quiet, and their superior rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfasts are decent (I was offered scrambled eggs the 2nd, but not the first day)....
