Trying to be objective, the stairs in our apartment was treacherous and the shower was literally the smallest I’ve ever been in. But it was lovely, it’s hard to explain! "This is my first time leaving a review on here because this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Basically everything was wrong with this hotel and the room we were assigned. Be warned and save yourself the headache we had to deal with. Room booked was supposed to have a balcony, it didn’t. Hotel receptionist was supposed to speak English, Italian and French.
