"We had a great experience staying at the hotel which was a perfect base for a few days exploring the area. Hotel set on top of mountain with great views, and facilities including lovely gardens and plants, an infinity pool and great restaurant with outstanding service. Paid a bit more for a larger room with a balcony. Excellent restaurant and menu with cookery and tea demonstrations. Delicious breakfasts and dinners supervised by chef Ram and attentive team of dedicated and helpful servers."

"Pro - View Cons - The list would be big. The narrow lane leading to the hotel is at its worst condition and there is no alternate path. You are certain to face issues if you don't travel in a SUV. The hotel badly needs a long due maintenance, the curtains are shabby and dirty, the bedsheets are full of stains, the towels were smeared with grease and when confronted the hotel, they only blamed the external laundry company but never replaced the bedsheet or towel when requested. "Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly....
