"One night stay to wait for flight from Vilnius to London as travelled buy bus from Minsk and arrived too early, was no place to relax at the airport. Used this hotel for this purpose number of times already and very happy each time stayed. Receptionists are always very friendly and ready to answer any questions 24/7. Greatly appreciate their help and highly recommend this place as amazingly helpful staff, comfortable cozy rooms, central city location and only 7 minutes drive to the airport. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times and it never ceases to surprise me. I flew in very late at night and was checked in very quickly and effectively. The location is also superb, sitting between walking distance of Old Town and the train station."

"We waited outside and couldn’t check in since there was no one staffed and no one answering the phone. No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good .
