"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "Check in was smooth and fast, staff is very helpful and so nice. Beds and pillows were good and had better towels second day. Spa was nice for the price, but didnt get a lot of instructions on how to turn the jets on. Stay was very nice and terrace was great for sunset!"

"I think this is the most convenient hotel if you would like to go to Camino Del Rey. Hotel have great breakfast, dinner is ok, maybe we selected the wrong dish. They also have guided tour to Caminito del Rey as well. Alberto is our guide and he is super friendly and helpful. "
