"Misleading information on website. This was NOT a wheelchair accessible room as the shower was a step over cubicle and no handrails or equipment around the toilet area. To access the ‘disabled’ toilet off the dining room area you would have to negotiate a 10” step up and then down a 6” step. Again no rails or toilet equipment. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough. The lovely receptionist was very apologetic and sourced us another hotel locally which had a wheelchair accessible...

"The hotel is a standard 3 star hotel. The room assigned was fine, although I could not open the window. At time it was rather noisy as the main clientele was of teenagers. "The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Be sure to have the room cleaned as they have some night critters. Would be great that at time of arrival more information about activities that take place, like horse riding. The breakfast is $10 Eu per person which I think is a bit too much and they require a swimming cap for pool use. The sell them if you want to use the pool. "

"We had a good stay at this hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The area is in a good location and the view from the patio is incredible!! The only real drawback was the bed. VERY uncomfortable. :( Other than the bed, it was a great place for a few days. "

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
