"We have stayed here before and the reason we came back is because it is very clean, there is a balcony facing the beach, the staff are lovely and very helpful and the apartments are very close to shops, restaurants and pubs. I spent the night here twice, once for work, the second time with my family! I liked everything. Clean, cozy, modern, everything smelled like spruce on New Year's Eve, there is a recreation area in the lobby where you can sit, drink coffee and meet your neighbors. "Fridge was not very cold and technician said they were all like that. Radiators don't come on until 1800, had to wear a jumper in room during day. No kettle, tea, coffee in room. Bus stops nearby but bus system is very confusing. Hot food in palace restaurant was lukewarm with no microwave available but there was plenty of choice. The rooms and the hotel was kept very clean.
