"The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"Great value and great location in some ways (only 2 Metro stops from airport), but bad location in that only services/sights nearby are Netto grocery across the street, nothing else of note. Property has nice beds and good sized rooms, but is definitely showing age. Pool in basement is refreshing but entire subfloor level is dimly lit, stinky, and a bit creepy. Overall a middling impression and happy to find as a last-minute option. "

"Very convenient and accessible in self-checking in and staff very accommodating with queries and friendly. Rooms where nicely presented and clean. If including breakfast - they have decent selection. Key points of interest there is plenty to visit on foot, otherwise metro is nearby. Plenty options of food shops/eatery in this area also. I had a convenient & comfortable stay with this team - thank you."

"New Year’s Eve in Copenhagen. Very lively and noisy with fireworks. If you want to watch ask for a view onto the square. If you want to sleep at all that night ask for a room as far away as possible. Recommend upgrading to a room that has access to the lounge. Great for Prosecco and red wine and snacks. We had a lovely time."
