Loved the Onsen, loved that we could cook our own dinner, the hikes, went for a run. This is one of our favourite places and we would highly recommend. "Convenient location to the train station. The room is cozy, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The water pressure is great, so it is easy to have a relaxing shower. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and had great options. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day."

"The room was on the top floor overlooking the lake but the trees blocked most of the view. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. It would have been good to have smaller pillows available in the room. I ended up rolling up a towel to make a smaller pillow. Meals were included in the stay and there was plenty of variety. Only real bummer is that I think I left my Prescription Progressive Glasses in the room and can't get anyone to pick up the phones & check!"
