There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. "Lovely hotel at the entrance to the Wienerwald — but with Viennese thoughtfulness right at the end of the U4 subway and across from the Hütteldorf train station. Family-run operation. "I loved this place! The self check in was super easy. The lobby and common area was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit warm, but i had forgotten to close the blinds when i went out in the morning. Gars am Kamp felt like the perfect Austrian village. Very walkable to restaurants and supermarkets. Also an easy walk to all things Falco! It was a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend!!!"
