Great little hotel - clean convenient comfortable
Clean and convenient little hotel with good amenities in a walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transit. There are also many options for food and basic shopping for necessities. The hotel is very quiet and a really good value.

Overall we are very satisfied with this hotel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are good - a bit dated here and there - the breakfast is great. Beds were comfortable enough. The location is also okay, not in the city centre but very close to public transport (bus and tram).

Decent budget business hotel in Vienna
The hotel is quite nice, with a surrounding area full of amenities and convenient tram access. The condition of the hotel is good, and everything is clean. However, it does cater primarily to business travelers. During our stay, it was somewhat noisy due to a large group of guests nearby, and staff knocked on doors early in the morning multiple times without clear reasons. On a positive note, the 24/7 reception was very helpful for my late flight arrival.

An ideal place to stay.
An ideal place to stay on a visit to Vienna as it is relatively easy to get to most places of interest. There is a tram line close to the hotel with links to the rest of the city.

Second time I have stayed here, staff are great, hotel is well located to the embassy i needed to visit. Rooms are below par. Beds not comfortable, pillows terrible. Very poor lighting. But, at the price, it is good value in Vienna, but the bedding needs upgrading

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean hotel, friendly staff, lots of options for food and shopping. Short tram ride to the Christmas market. Tan is directly outside the hotel. Highly recommend.
