"Generally fine, although I tried to ask many times and our booking was for 4, there was not an extra bed on arrival. However this was quickly resolved as they added a bed. We were the only people at breakfast the next morning and the lady was very nice. 8 particularly liked Vegetarian breakfast with veggie haggis!"

"Room was very clean and well presented, what let it down was the lacked proper lighting. The bed nearest the window the only availed light once dark was the very small reading lamp attached to the bed or a very small desk lamp by the TV. Which meant if dropped anything and it rolled into the shadows it was near impossible to find (bring a torch). If you needed to find something in the corner or small pockets of a case, coat etc then that had to be physically move it over to the door where there...

"Central location, nice welcome from reception on arrival, clean and reasonable price but you get what you pay for as uncomfortable bed, only 2 lightbulbs in room working and no curtains! "

"Amazing stay in a fab guest house in Leven. The room was very good, bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was superb. We both had veggie and the sausages and vege haggis was very good. The whole place was very warm. The cats were a hoot. Owners were very friendly and upbeat. Would recommend staying here and would stay in the future. Bus station about 10 mins walk. But there are bus stops to Glenrothes a short walk away. Cheers 😁😁"

"Very friendly, polite staff at hotel. Clean room and comfy bed. Pillows a little too hard and toilet seat needed mending. However, room more than big enough for my needs and quiet if you need a good nights sleep. Very handy for train station which is only 5 minute walk away in one direction and all of the shops etc nearby are in the opposite direction."

"The room was really good value for the night. It was a little bit dated, wallpaper was peeling away from the wall in places, shower was hot and the breakfast we had included was really good. All in all quite happy with our experience."
