"Check in was fast and efficient. All the staff was extreme kind and helpful. The room was serviced nicely everyday. We informed the desk that one light was out in the bathroom and they replaced it in a timely manner. Snack bar was available during the day which made it nice to sit down and have a cup of tea after a long day at the museums. Location is fantastic and extremely walkable with many museums & restaurants."

"This was a lovely stay! The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were perfect. The staff were super helpful with everything. The bathtub was a 10!! And some rooms have a balcony this is just cute. Oh and they have a cute spa downstairs for a wonderful steam room, sauna and pool experience. Highly recommend!!"

"We had a nice stay. The location was great. They have a nice breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but nice. My only negative was the fire alarm went off in the morning and it scared us. We hurried to get down the stairs but it was a false alarm. Apparently this is not the first time it happened. I felt like they should have a way of announcing that it was a false alarm before heading down. Even a phone call to the room to help avoid the stress...

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It was in the perfect location with easy access to many major tourist locations while also giving us the feeling of a quiet neighborhood. The staff was extremely kind and helpful from the time of booking until our departure. The hotel is small but was perfect for our needs. We had a beautiful room with a huge balcony and access to a private sauna that was prepared just for us with a simple phone call to the front desk. I would absolutely stay here again...
