"We enjoyed this hotel. However there is no AC in the room in h the hot July weather. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbour’s snore! But the hotel is conveniently located and clean."

"A newer hotel with a great staff and a great breakfast. The soundproofing is a bit light (I was by the elevator) and it’s about 15 minutes to the tourist district. The walk to the tourist district is lovely. "

"Well thought out accommodation in the heart of the bustling old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The downside of being so close to the action is noise, but we expected it and didn’t bother us. Eco points dropped for having those small plastic containers for shampoo and shower gel. Please replace with refillable containers! 😊 All in all an inexpensive stay in the midst of the town which is clean, modern and friendly. Oh! And the shower was amazing!!!"

"This was a very good value stay. Comfortable bed with modern decor and very clean all over with a cosy double room. Would highly recommend if you are looking to be in Bilbao or prior to ferry crossings. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 6 people. It would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on each bed. Also we had to move one of the bunks to retrieve something that had fallen behind the bed and it was very dirty. Obviously they never clean between the beds and walls. The elevator worked about 50% of the time. Staff was helpful in making sure I could use it. The location was great. In Old town, very close to the tram and market. Very walkable area."

"This place was great! Very clean! We arrived after hours and very clear instructions were given to what we needed to do to get in! We texted them during our last day and asked if we could stay another night and it was no problem! They made it all very easy! Walking distance to everything! Central location! "
