"Camere totalmente da rinnovare,pulizia che lascia a desoderare.....all'arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato il capo receptionist maleducato e arrogante non adatto a trattare con le persone. Si rivolge ai clienti con tono di superiorita e questo sicuramente non é un bel atteggiamento per un responsabile. Le ragazze invece cordiali e cortesi e anche il direttore.
