"As mentioned, I double booked a second rez for a friend to test what was being offered on Expedia - meaning that my 2nd rez I effectively had 2 rooms reserved for the same day; however 3 rooms still shoed being available with private shower. The staff assured me that this time I would get the room with private bath. ONE staff allowed the transfer with the new rez but a few hours later another staff asked for additional money for this room with the manager behind the scene on the phone. I...

You took £489.00 from my account for the payment, I explained that my husband has health problems, so that we can search for another accommodation to accommodate his needs but you refused to refund the payment. "A wonderful hotel, nice and quiet, pool is small but ideal for cooling down. Rooms are basic but spotless, staff are really friendly, an ideal place to stay, a minute walk across the road to the beach. Would definately recommend and would go back again."
