"The pictures are nothing like the place in person. As soon as we arrived the lights were flickering and went out several times. We have 3 kids and had to be in the dark for almost an hour. Then we asked if we could turn the air conditioning on, she told us we had to pay $11 a night to use it after already paying for our stay online. "Great place close to the river to fully disconnect from the light, dust and noise pollution. Especially at night, it’s so quiet, you get to hear birds, see stars in the sky, man, I got one of my deepest /best sleeps. This location is also couple degrees cooler at night that in town which I really like. The staff are very responsive and respectful. I would definitely opt for the food service, it’s so good. "The a condition of the room was not safe the keys was ot working properly the hotal was durty the breakfast you i could not eat it it was terrible. O fridge in roo. You had to pay if you wanted one.i paid to stay for one week i check out the next day. In to i ither hotel cheeper and a hole two bedroom property self contained i would not recommend this hotal the manger was rude. And no refund. Very bad experiences "

Great hotel, lovely staff.

"The hotel was lovely, rooms are newly refurbished and are clean. Beds are comfy and are made up beautifully each day. The beach is nice and right on the hotel front, the security makes it feel very safe to relax on. The only thing I would say is there is always a lot of sellers from the markets who come up to you on the beach constantly. The food was good, especially the Sunday bbq. The staff are also super friendly and helpful and just want you to have the best possible stay. The management however were not as friendly and seemed to just walk around the resort only saying hello and speaking to people who were “deluxe” guests. The only problem we had was they originally booked us down as B&B when we had paid for all inclusive so we had an embarrassing confrontation with the bar staff when they told us we couldn’t have drinks or lunch !! But this was very quickly rectified luckily."
