"Good value for money. Two bathrooms are shared with nine or 10 bedrooms/guests, so no issue with that. Room #2 is beside one of the bathrooms, so the folks having a 6:00 AM shower will wake you up."

"No key for your room is availble so you need to ask the front Desk to open the door for you every time you want to go in and out. The main Hotel door was closed, no body was at the front Desk so you need to call a phone number that is at the door and wait outside for someone to let you come in."

"The Pring Guesthouse is a warm and welcoming, extremely clean house with lots of fun little extras including a full kitchen, free cereal and treats, a bookcase full of board games, and tv and books for entertainment. There’s lots of fun maps and brochures about the Hamilton area. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and helpful and the hostel is quite charming and affordable. I would stay again. "This was a fantastic place for an overnight stay. Centrally-located for the wedding we were attending in town. Incredibly clean and all staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. Really good vibes. Don't let the older facade put you off. Very newly renovated inside. Found the AC a little tough to get right but not a big deal. I'm an early riser (6 am) so would have appreciated earlier access (or in room access) to getting my tea but, again, not a huge deal."

"Bait and switch! I thought this was part of the Budget Inn chain so I was expecting no frills but clean. This place had no maid service. No soap. No shampoo. Blood spatter on the bathroom ceiling. Lipstick (I hope!) on the washcloth. No bed springs - just a foam mattress on a piece of plywood and hard as a rock. Noisy AC which didn't work well. Toilet barely flushed. They didn't have the room with two beds I reserved, so they gave me an extra room at no charge, and then called me after 10 pm to...
