"The gentleman at check in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean. The hotel itself seems it needs minor touchups to not make it look run down. The heating/cooling unit was making rattling noises when it wasn’t even on. Assuming it was from the wind outside. As for Hotels.com, I am unsure if we will book again. Seems it was a hassle at check in. They tried 3x to charge my card again for the entire cost. It flagged my card. "

"The hotel was spotless, my room was comfortable, the bed and were comfortable too. The staff couldn’t been more helpful, the food at Leisure’s Restaurant was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, bisque soup was out of this world and the service was fantastic! If you are in Lakeville, New York this is the place to stay at and dine at too!"

"We felt as if we were in Downton Abby. The guest rooms were ALL beautiful. The sitting room and library had nice cosy fire places with soft relaxing music in the background. There’s a small part of me that does not want to give this property a good review as once the word gets out this place will be booked nonstop and year-round. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed at. You have literally everything you need from the minute you walk in the door. Attention to detail is an understatement. "Very cute park family friendly area. We really liked our cabin and took advantage of the fire pit that night. There were a few issues though. The front door was not sealed at the bottom so flies kept coming in being attracted to the light in our cabin. Also the dvd set up components were not compatible we brought a few dvds we were unable to watch. And apparently the WiFi did not work. We enjoyed the experience and location, the yogi the bear theme was cute. "
