"Check-in process took too long and was overly complicated by staff who may not have been trained or was new to position. Conversely, check-out was a breeze and almost instant. The room/bathroom were clean. Stain spots were visible in some places on the bedding. We asked room service for a utensil during the evening hours and they responded quickly. " A spacious king size room with mini fridge and coffee available 24hrs a day. A walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, beer store and a very short distance to the slopes of Blue Mountain. I never stay overnight in Collingwood living in Mississauga but this time with a ski training early in the morning I decided to depart the day before. I am fully satisfied with the choice of this hotel. "
