"The studio apartment is in a lovely complex - beautiful in the fall with the changing leaves and a nice residential type area to walk around in. It’s close to some nice family activities - tree top trekking, horseback riding and I understand there are skiing options nearby in winter. "The Jacuzzi suite was beautiful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the lock and the physical key wasn't available so we were unable to stay in this suite. Candace was amazing and was able to find us another suite for our stay. That suite was ok but not as nice as this one. That being said we enjoyed our stay and will return."

The self-serve system of getting the keys from a lockbox and finding the unit felt impersonal, and it would have been nice to have someone on-site to introduce the place and provide guidance.
