"Very cool hotel with the friendliest most welcoming staff we've encountered anywhere. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioner was the quietest we've had in Thailand. Breakfast was the best, and during the day there was unlimited tea/coffee/cocoa, water and snacks! The pool is cool and inviting. As my husband Onslow said, it's like they don't want us to go anywhere else! Walking distance to excellent street food at Chiang Mai gate."

"This is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and welcoming and organise walking tours of Chiang Mai on occasion to bring people together. The dining area and other outdoor areas are great for hanging out in and meeting the other travellers. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are comfy. The breakfast is simple but excellent and the kitchen appliances and utensils are available for cooking and storage of food. The hostel also has a great location."
