Also I was charged and incidental fee tht no one else in the group was charged. I asked for an explanation of it and the attendant could not give me one. The hotel itself was very comfortable."

"My partner and I were driving home from a trip further North when a snow storm and many accidents were ahead. We decided last minute to find a place to stay and came across this Best Western. The reservation was seamless, we got a room immediately after booking online only 5 minutes before, and the room was perfectly comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and we were able to rest the way we needed to before getting back on the road in the morning. Thank you!"

"This is where all the pot smokers go to stay and the nasty smell is all over the 2nd floor!! We asked the front desk to spray and clean that floor which they said they do multiple times a day but it was awful. We had to block our doorway with extra towels to keep the smell from seeping in.
