The check-in process was flawless starting with the email to pre check-in and concluding with our early arrival at the front desk where the staff took care of us quickly and efficiently which was appreciated since we had just flown in from Canada and were very tired. The rooms were clean, efficient and as described - closer to a dormitory room than a high end traditional hotel room - which was fine as we were only there for the one night prior to getting on to a cruise. We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "
