I had family staying in the same hotel and they booked through a different site and the site booked them a new hotel the week before our stay due to closure. When I called hotels.com and quality ins help line they both assured me it was open. We arrived to hotel to find the windows bored up and chains on the door. "

"We booked this hotel for a trip to the First Monday Trade Day. We enjoyed our stay! It was clean and the staff was friendly. It is a pet friendly hotel in all rooms so keep that in mind. I did not know that when I booked the room but it was not a problem for us. This hotel is in an odd place for a hotel so if your looking for something in town this isn’t it. "The staff at this hotel was friendly and aimed to please. The woman who was setting up breakfast was extremely helpful and went out of her way to get additional items as requested and even picked up my dishes when I was finished. Top notch service! The hotel was a bit noisy as it is close to freeway. We could also hear the people above us walking around early in the morning. But all in all it was a nice stay."
