"Room was hot when we walked in and filled with dead crickets. Toilet had remains of dead insects . Wall near window has mold . No elevator!!! Refrigerator was full of water had to use towels to dry . Had sheets replaced with new ones . Original ones were stained and the mattress had several stains very dissatisfied.
