"We visited on New Year's Eve so suspect they were short staffed due to this. Cups were all dirty and hot water barely lukewarm in lobby. We were told our fireplace was not working and wanted a room with a working fireplace. Turns out there were two rooms without working fireplaces. "It was a nice place and was very clean. Not a lot of extras, but breakfast snacks were nice. We were going to the Skunk Train and Willett does not have a lot of lodging choices. The only comment I have is that the place was relatively empty for a mid-week visit and they placed us directly under two occupied 2nd-floor rooms that echoed Thumpa Thump until late at night and early in the morning. I suppose you don't get much for 130 a night anymore."
