"We booked for a short 5 day stay and were glad to realise it was such a close proximity to restaurants, souvenir stores, Victoria Street and the famous Edinburgh castle! The staff were friendly upon arrival HOWEVER we were told by one gentlemen that our room was not ready but to rest assure when it would be, we would have a wonderful view of the castle during our stay. When our time came to check in a women gave us our room but it was on the opposite end of the hotel so we did not get the view...

"Room was compact, we had 4 in the room so when couch bed was down was tight but hotel is so handy for walking into markets and shops etc it didnt matter. Only fault was bedding wasn't very clean, had dirty marks on it which is obvious as bedding white. And the only other thing was the fold down bed squeaked and creaked any time some one moved and was really loud and annoying, kept us awake most of the night unfortunately. "

"Great place to stay. Different and unique. Enjoyed a quiet stay, undisturbed, as we wanted. Beautifully decorated room with lots of nice touches. The place felt out of the way enough to feel private, but it’s also in easy walking distance to just about everything. A really nice place to stay for a quiet couples getaway. "

"Good staff, if approached with a problem they did there best to fix it. However the hospitality team that delt woth the rooms (fresh towels, toilet roll etc.) Where very slow, last time we requested fresh towels in the morning to get a shower we didnt get them till a few hours later. The food was expensive, however very tasty and worth the price. Overall though they were good and would stay here agian."

"The first thing I will mention is the elephant in the room. The rooms in an Easy Hotel are small. They are essentially just a bed and a shower/toilet room. I've stayed in an Easy Hotel before and that is perfectly fine for me. I'm only going to be sleeping and showering there anyway. Edinburgh Easy Hotel is much like that but it is also smack bang in the centre of Edinburgh. You can literally walk out the front door and see the castle. Tram and bus stops are right there too, as well as cafes,...

"We ended up in an accessible room as this was all that was available with single beds. Room was very clean, staff were amazing. Room was exceptionally hot and the AC (as always the way in hotels) not fab. "
