"Check in was not as expected. We added an early check in and the front desk clerk said she would have a room ready in 20 mins. We got there approx 1.5 hrs after where she told me in person that she could have it ready in 20 mins. I pointed out our earlier conversation and she offered a double queen "upgrade". This didnt feel like an upgrade and we now had a smaller bed and a second one we didnt need but we had a friends Christmas party to hurry to so we took it. "

"I would say they're kindness friendliness and that they really care a lot about their customers that stay here I think it's awesome I think the staff does a great job and I also think their housekeeping does an awesome job have both super a motel and the silver and motel I'm thankful that I get to stay here and I would always come here again and again"

"Parking on the websites $12 a week, but on early Check-in.It was $5 a day which is double.Not sure why that is.I'm hoping they figure it out.This is the only reason I listed it as a 4 star.The beds are fabulous"
