"The staff were pleasant and friendly and the room was adequate, clean and all was well and maintained. The location could have been a bit more quaint to the surrounding area. It’s next to a Kwik Trip which is convenient, however my room was on the end and the truckers came and went from the gas station and it wasn’t the greatest experience."

"Pullman has NO ties to Expedia and there for my reservation was not filled..When I called Pullman Hotel to get my key he said he is NOT with Expedia in any way so I could not get a room for there were no room available, had to go to another town to get a Hotel room...I am demanding a REFUND from you Expedia back to my credit card..$85.37 "
