"I choose this hotel because of its proximity to Yale. Staff is very accommodating and friendly, housekeeping is not so much. I had to ask for refills and new towels. Other than that nice experience."

"I always enjoy the Hotel Nyack. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, attractive, and stylishly put together. Very clean. Excellent staff. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we had to check out only 3 hours after arrival due to a family emergency. I do wish the hotel would have compensated us for this in at least some way, but I understand if that's not policy. We'll still be back. Always recommend. "

"Property was excellent since the wedding we attended was at the hotel design of the hotel beyond the mansion itself. Leaves a lot to be desired. Could also use a nice restaurant for nice structure, beautiful overall nice experience one item the bathroom could use some more lighting"
