"Nice quiet getaway about 30 min from Stratton. We went off season to see the leaves in October so a lot of stores and restaurants were closed, but what is open nearby is delicious. The place is a standard motel, room was clean, coffee maker in the dining area, several lounge spaces, pool table, and a fire pit. Nice ski decor. Sauna, hot tub, and pool spaces were closed. Check in/check out super easy. Easy to reach staff, I’d return next time I plan on coming up here. "

"Customer service is paramount. When we checked in, the front desk lady was focused on us. During those few minutes, she got a phone call and she also needed to talk with a hotel worker (in the lobby) about something, but WE were her immediate priority. This attention to the customer is integral to the superior experience at ANY hotel anywhere in the world. We would return again to the Riverside Hotel! "

"The owner was very attentive and respectful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked recently remodeled and it was immaculate. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered within minutes to our room. This motel was small and as the name suggets, cozy. There was a brook on the side of the building we stayed on and they had a picknik table and a round table to sit on and enjoy the water view. The motel was on rte. 7 so going to and from the motel was easy to navigate and...
