"The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff - kind and helpful. Had to go to several floors to find a drink vending machine that worked. The driveway was not plowed upon arrival. Most cars including myself got stuck trying to get out in the morning. I understand winter storms in VT but parking lot was poorly maintained - disappointing. "

"Office was locked. Had to call multiple times to get them to open the office for check in. Was upgraded to a King. Room requested 2 queens was not available. Room smelled musty. Thick shag carpet was clean but seemed likely to be the source of the musty smell. Tv worked. Heat worked. Lights worked but lampshades were ripped. "
