"This house was amazing! Was super helpful that the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. hottub was a plus when we were having a fire. Two separate living rooms allowed us to have the football game upstairs and a movie in the basement at the same time. "We stayed for our annual Christmas ski trip. The place is super clean and comfy. Has everything we needed. The location is perfect. Fireworks on the slopeside was just amazing!"

"We were 7 adults, 2 children (ages 4 & 6), and a dog. The primary reason for this stay was time together in a recreational setting. All but one of us skied and nearby Mount Abrams was great for the kids as beginners. We also enjoyed Sunday River and Carter's XC Ski Trails.Black Cap Lodge is brand new and immaculate.
