"A fun spot for a stay with wife and kids to visit Santa’s Village during the Christmas season. Very festive atmosphere. The entrance and lobby are beautiful. The rooms are nice. Not the greatest ever but it’s an old historic hotel so it was pretty much what I was expecting. One of the beds in our room had multiple long strands of hair on it, and a small bug flew out from under a pillow we picked up from that same bed. "Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and staff at the breakfast section were always helpful and on top of everything. Will recommend and will be going back, the kids loved the pool with the slides. "

"Welcoming and friendly staff, solid restaurant with a great beer list, festive decor. Close parking. Close to town with lots to do. Our only challenge was noise. Heard every footstep above us and the opening of the front door to our section (The Salt Box). "
